&lt;p style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"&gt;&lt;font face="宋体"&gt;从去年&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;10&lt;/span&gt;月份开始，在持续半年的时间里，银行准备金率继续走高、加息预期逐渐趋强，在银行放贷并没有大改变的情况之下，&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;08&lt;/span&gt;年开局至今，中山楼市持续低迷。据国土资源局统计数据显示，&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;2008&lt;/span&gt;年第一季度全市住宅成交宗数&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;7670&lt;/span&gt;宗、成交面积&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;81.3&lt;/span&gt;万平方、成交金额&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;36.27&lt;/span&gt;亿元，同比分别下跌&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;32.88%&lt;/span&gt;、&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;34.28%&lt;/span&gt;、&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;7.67%&lt;/span&gt;。环比去年四季度同样出现较大下调现象，成交宗数、成交面积、成交金额分别下跌&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;31.52%&lt;/span&gt;、&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;39.46%&lt;/span&gt;、&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;44.36%&lt;/span&gt;。受金融政策调控影响，银行放贷持续偏紧，受新年假期的楼市惯性低迷期影响，中山一季度住宅市场继上年第四季度大幅度成交量大幅度下滑之后，继续走低。&lt;span lang="EN"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
